Terms and Conditions for Aslan Adventures

1. Payment Terms

To confirm your booking for any of our services, an advance payment is required. The amount of advance payment is determined based on the nature of the service and the time remaining before the service begins. The remaining balance must be paid before your departure from your home country or upon arrival in your destination, but always before the commencement of services.

For specific cases, such as special train journeys, peak season hotel or resort bookings (e.g., during Christmas, New Year, or other high-demand periods), full advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.

Payment Methods:
- Online Payment: You can make an online payment via the link provided.
- Wire Transfer / Swift Transfer: You can transfer payments directly to our bank account. Please request the details from us.

If your travel date is within 20 days of booking confirmation, we require payment via **Western Union** or **MoneyGram**, as these methods are quicker and more efficient for fast payments.

Please Note: All transaction fees and charges associated with the payment are to be borne by the guest. The quoted amount is net payable, excluding any transfer fees or charges.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation due to any reason, the cancellation must be communicated to us in writing. The following charges will apply based on the timing of the cancellation:

- 60 days or more prior to arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost  
- 45 days prior to arrival: 20% of the tour/service cost  
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the tour/service cost  
- 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost  
- Less than 72 hours or No Show: No Refund

For special train journeys, peak season hotel bookings, or other special services, a different cancellation policy may apply, and this will be provided to you at the time of booking.

Please note the following:
- Hotel Booking Cancellations: These will be governed by the hotel's own cancellation policy.
- Train Ticket Cancellations: These will be governed by the Railway’s cancellation policy.
- Flight Ticket Cancellations: These will be governed by the airline’s cancellation policy.

If you cancel the trip after it has already commenced, refunds will only be provided for unused services (such as hotel accommodation, transportation, and meals), and only if we are able to recover costs from our service providers. We do not provide refunds for any services not utilized, such as missed meals or transport.

 

3. Our Liabilities & Limitations

Once the tour/service cost has been finalized, if there are any hikes in entrance fees, taxes, fuel charges, or guide fees as mandated by the Government of India, these additional charges will be passed on to the guest.

We will not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or alterations to the itinerary caused by natural events (such as weather conditions, landslides, etc.), flight/train cancellations, breakdowns, political unrest, or any other factors beyond our control. Additionally, we will not be responsible for any expenses arising from such delays or disruptions.

 

4. Privacy Policy

At Aslan Adventures, we respect and value your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We collect personal information to facilitate booking, communication, and service delivery, including:
- Full Name
- Contact details (including email address and phone number)
- Travel preferences and requirements

How We Use Your Information:
- To process and confirm bookings.
- To communicate important information about your travel.
- To improve the quality of our services based on your preferences.

Sharing Your Information:
We will not share your personal information with third parties except where necessary to provide services (e.g., with hotels, transport companies, or guides), or where required by law.

 

5. Collection of Personally Identifiable Information

Aslan Adventures collects personally identifiable information to provide you with a secure and seamless experience. The information we collect may include:
- Your Name 
- Contact Information (email, phone number)  
- Travel Preferences (destination, tour details)

We use this information primarily for internal record-keeping, booking confirmation, and to improve our service offering. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy.

 

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes that may arise in relation to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
